Girls BVNE 2025 East Coast National Championship Results

Beach Volleyball National Events (BVNE) held their East Coast National Championship tournament in Pompano, Florida on June 28th and June 29th. The tournament had three different age groups, 18U, 16U and 14U.

18U

In the final of the 18U age group (27 teams), TCU commit Meg Hearn (class of 2027) and LSU Commit Christy Boulware (class of 2027) matched up against FIU signee Isabella Pereira (class of 2025) and Danica Waterman (class of 2028). Seeded 3rd for tournament play, Pereira and Waterman upset the top seeded Hearn and Boulware in a one set match to 28 with a final score of 28-22.

On their side of the bracket, Pereira and Waterman defeated Arizona commit Kennedi Diamond (class of 2026) and FIU commit Lilliana Seldat (class of 2026) in the quarterfinals with a set score of 28-26 and the edged-out FGCU signee Vanessa Moriarty (class of 2025) and UNF signee Ashlee Tenkley (class of 2025) in the semifinals with a final set score of 28-25.

16U

Out of the 31 teams competing in the 16U division, Ohio State indoor commit Ella Gravlee (class of 2027) and UNF commit Reyne Szabla (class of 2027) came out on top after beating Giani Boerner (class of 2027) and Dior Ferguson (class of 2027) in a one set match to 28 with a set score of 28-20.

Other notable matches that Gravlee and Szabla won in tournament play included their quarterfinal win against Skye Douglass (class of 2027) and Brooke Smith (class of 2027) with a final score of 28-24 and their semifinal win against Taylor Litolff (class of 2027) and Gracie Lutes (class of 2027) with a final score of 28-20.

14U

Out of the 25 teams competing in the 14U division, Julianna Ramos (class of 2030) and Reese Trebisacci (class of 2030) finished in first place after upsetting top seeded Emily Sas (class of 2029) and Elsa Schroth (class of 2028) in the final match with a set score of 28-24.

Other notable matches that Ramos and Trebisacci won in tournament play include their quarterfinal win against
Olivia Anderson (class of 2029) and Annika McGowen (class of 2029) with a final set score of 28-19 and their semifinal match against Edie Joseph (class of 2029) and Zoey Kincaid (class of 2029), which they won with a set score of 28-26.
